Tutor Application

Stage 1

Submit your CV via the Form below. Include any useful links (website, podcasts,  social media) and a professional photo.If you cannot submit via the form email your CV directly to info@privatetuitionclub.com 

Stage 2

Shortlisted candidates will be emailed and a phone call/video call will be arranged. 

Please send us your DBS and any certificates via email if you are shortlisted to info@privatetuitionclub.com. 

If you are on the update service your update number is sufficient or an email confirmation from your school’s / employer’s HR department. 

Stage 3

Further information will be sent via email to arrange the client’s 1 hour trial lesson.

A note for prospective candidates

APPLICANT CRITERIA

Our ideal candidate should:

ACADEMICS

Be studying for, or have graduated from, a degree at a leading UK/US University. We also require previous tuition experience.

VALID DBS CERTIFICATE

Have a valid DBS certificate or be willing to undergo a DBS check.

DEDICATION & COMMITMENT

Have enough time to dedicate to tutoring and be willing to make a long-term commitment to tutoring throughout the year either part or full time.

REFERENCES

Be able to provide one academic/professional reference.

TUTOR LOCATION

For London tutoring, be based in London.

INTERNET AVAILABILITY

For online tutoring, have stable and reliable internet connection.

DRESS CODE

Have a professional appearance and be willing to adhere to smart casual dress code (shirt, no ties required).
